Thank you for shopping with Satucol. We want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase. If something is not right, please read our refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with its original packaging when possible.

To start a return, please contact us at admin@satucol.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and personalization reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

Personalized or custom-made items
Items with custom names, dates, initials, or messages
Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered by the customer
Gift cards
Final sale items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at admin@satucol.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Satucol is not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at admin@satucol.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@satucol.com.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has started processing or has been shipped.

8. Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office first.

Satucol is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses or carrier delivery issues, but we will do our best to help you with the next steps.
