At Satucol, we want every gift to arrive safely, beautifully, and as smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping and returns information below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated at checkout.
3. Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, such as free shipping on orders over a certain amount.
Any available free shipping offer will be shown on our website or at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email when tracking is available.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Satucol is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@satucol.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has started processing or has shipped.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Satucol is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office first.
We will do our best to help you with the next steps when possible.
7. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by your country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also cause delivery delays.
8. Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be returned with its original packaging when possible.
To start a return, please contact us at admin@satucol.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
9. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and personalization reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:
Personalized or custom-made items
Items with custom names, dates, initials, or messages
Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered by the customer
Gift cards
Final sale items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at admin@satucol.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
11. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Satucol is not responsible for lost return packages.
12. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
13. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at admin@satucol.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
14. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@satucol.com.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has started processing or has shipped.
